Terms of use

Last updated 3 October 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms apply to the karnakum.com website and KARNAKUM apps such as YantTang (together, the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. The Thai version prevails if the two differ.

1. Beta

  • The service is in beta and free throughout the beta
  • Features may change, be added or be withdrawn; we will give notice where we can
  • If paid plans are introduced later, we will tell you the price and terms first and never charge you without your explicit sign-up

2. Accounts

  • Give accurate information and keep your password safe
  • One account works across every KARNAKUM app
  • Users under 20 need consent from a parent or guardian
  • You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app under Settings → My data

3. Not allowed

  • Trying to access other people’s data or bypass security
  • Using the service for illegal activity or money laundering
  • Sending abnormal volumes of requests or automation that affects other users
  • Modifying, decompiling or redistributing the software without permission

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Not financial or tax advice

The service is a tool for recording and calculating. Figures, summaries, insights and calculations support your own decisions — they are not investment, financial or tax advice from a licensed professional. Check the numbers and consult a professional before important decisions.

Automatic slip reading can make mistakes — always check the amount before saving.

5. Your data

The data you record is yours; you can export or delete it at any time. Details are in the privacy policy and each app’s own policy.

6. Intellectual property

The software, the names KARNAKUM and YantTang, logos, artwork and content belong to KARNAKUM. All rights reserved. You receive a personal licence to use them only, not to copy or modify them.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, especially during beta. We work to keep it running and your data safe but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to these terms

For material changes we will give at least 7 days’ notice on the website or in the app. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Questions? See the email on the support page.

Prepared for the beta period; it will be reviewed by a lawyer before any paid service launches.
